DOZA Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping at DOZA. Please read this policy before you buy.
General Policy
- 7-Day Window: You can request a return, refund, or exchange within 7 days from delivery.
- Store Credit (Default): Refunds are issued as store credit. Valid for 1 year.
- Refund to Bank/UPI (when approved): If we process a refund to bank/UPI, ₹220 per order will be deducted.

Unboxing Video Requirement
Mandatory: Customers must provide a clear 360° unboxing video showing the sealed package, unboxing, and product check. Requests without video are not accepted.
Damaged Parcels
- Start recording before receiving if the package looks damaged.
- Share the video with our team for assistance.
Return & Exchange Process
- If approved, you may need to ship the parcel back if pickup is unavailable.
- Exchange Fee: ₹220 per item.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless defective/damaged.
- Store credit, exchange, or refund is processed within 24–72 business hours after inspection.
Size Exchange Policy
- If wrong size is selected multiple times, you may request a refund to bank/UPI.
- Refund Deduction: ₹220 per order applies.
- Please check the size chart before ordering.
Legal
DOZA strictly follows this policy. Baseless legal notices will be countered with claims for double the disputed amount.
